About our products

Locally Sourced
We believe good liqueur starts in the orchard — with the fruit growers we know by name, harvest after harvest.

Patiently Steeped
Peel and fruit rest in neutral spirit for weeks, never hurried, until every last drop of colour and perfume has been drawn out.

Bottled by Hand
Each bottle is filled, capped, labelled and numbered by hand, so you always know exactly which batch you are pouring.

What our customers say
in their own words
I came for the limoncello and left with the bay-leaf thing I had never heard of. Slightly too sweet for me on its own but excellent over ice with soda, which is what the man behind the counter told me to do in the first place.
Min Mo16 August 2026 We served the herb liqueur at our restaurant's staff dinner and three people asked where it was from. Ended up ordering a case. Whoever answers the emails there is also unreasonably fast.
Ayşe Demir16 August 2026 Bought the limoncello as a housewarming gift and then immediately bought a second bottle because I was not giving that one away. It tastes like actual lemons, not like sweets. The shop smells incredible too.

The Art of Infusion
at Langer’s
Crafted with Care
At Langer’s, infusing is a carefully honed craft, combining traditional techniques with a modern, sustainable approach. Each batch is made in small quantities to ensure precise control over every stage of the process, allowing the character of the fruit to shine through.
We start by selecting ripe, locally grown fruit from growers who share our commitment to sustainability and community. The peel is pared by hand—only the fragrant outer zest, never the bitter white pith beneath—and left to steep in neutral spirit for weeks. Nothing is heated and nothing is hurried; the spirit slowly draws the oils out of the peel until it turns deep and opaque with colour. Only then is it sweetened, rested, and brought gently down to strength.
Our goal is to honour the fruit, preserving its natural flavour while adding our own touch of expertise. The result? A liqueur that tastes of the season it came from—vibrant, fresh, and full of life. At Langer’s, every batch tells a story, and every pour connects you to the hands that made it.
