Our Story

Langer’s began in 2022 in a kitchen in Lower Franconia, with a few kilos of lemons and rather more patience than equipment. We are not a factory — every bottle is still steeped, sweetened, filled and numbered by hand, in batches small enough to taste our way through. What we make depends on what the season gives us and who we know: fruit from growers down the road, beans from our Röstfreunde in Randersacker. Good things take the time they take.
